Most heating and cooling issues can be solved with changing the filter and the batteries in the thermostat. Please also keep in mind the outside temperature. When it’s 96 degrees outside and humid, it’s unreasonable to expect the a/c to keep your home at 68. However, if there’s a consistent difference of over 5 degrees from what the thermostat is reading and actual temperature. Then call us as there may be an issue. Same with the heater except if it’s 40 degrees outside or below and you suspect an issue, don’t hesitate to call, after changing filter and batteries of course.
If a drain or toilet backs up, you may have tried to force something into the pipe or drain that will not fit. You should try clearing the pipes using a plunger or chemical drain cleaners.
