Meet our Team

David Soto
David spent the majority of his career in management in the computer services industry. In 2001 he began investing in real estate to further diversify his holdings. He hired Wunderlich Realty and Property Management to help him and ended up buying the business from Clinton and Doris Wunderlich in 2008. As he learned more about real estate investing, he realized the value in helping individuals buy property strategically to increase their wealth. David truly enjoys working with investors, owners and tenants each day to help them define success in their own lives.
David is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Missouri Association of REALTORS®, where he serves on multiple committees including the Property Management committee and the Advocacy committee, is a past president of the Cape Girardeau County Board of REALTORS® 2012 & 2016. David holds the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and 2016 Southeast Missouri REALTORS Realtor of the year.
David is a licensed real estate broker, licensed in Missouri.

Jessica Farrar
Jessica has worked with us since July 2013. She has worked in many facets including general manager for a few years. Most recently she’s working with us as a Realtor helping clients buy, sell, and get set up with property management. She is a member of the Missouri Association of REALTORS®, where she has served on multiple committees. She is active with the Cape Girardeau Board of REALTORS® and proudly served as their 2020 President. She has owned rental property since 2007 and managed it along with her husband until learning about SOTO, so she’s got some stories. In 2022, they bought a fixer upper (SOTO maintenance did awesome rehab on it!) and are excited to grow their portfolio.
She lives just outside of Cape Girardeau and Jackson with her fire captain husband, two delightful daughters, two furry four-legged kids, and a turtle. She is a God fearing, wonderfully and uniquely made believer and an active member of Cape Bible Chapel. Jessica is eager to learn about your goals and help you make them happen. She loves sharing in the enthusiasm of someone new to the business and being excited right along with them.

John Riley
John has been actively investing in properties for over 10 years with the assistance of SOTO Property Solutions. He has been so successful at investing; he pursued his real estate license, which he received in March 2015. He is excited to start sharing his hands on knowledge with clients and join the SOTO team. John is also a proud member of the Cape Girardeau County Board of REALTORS.

Mike Seabaugh
Michael was born and raised in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and has lived in the Cape Girardeau/Jackson area his entire life. Michael graduated from Cape Central High School in 1982 and graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 1986 with a B.S.B.A. with a double major in Accounting and Management. Michael worked in public and private accounting for five years, became a business owner of a janitorial supply company for eleven years then became a real estate appraiser.
Michael started his real estate appraisal career in January, 2003 as a residential appraiser trainee. In 2007, Michael became a Certified Residential Appraiser. In 2008, Michael became a general appraiser trainee. In 2009, Michael became a Certified General Appraiser for the State of Missouri. Michael has completed appraisals on single family residences, duplexes, multi-unit apartment buildings, vacant land, subdivisions, and on all types of commercial properties including offices, retail buildings, warehouses, and many other types of properties. Michael is an approved appraiser for the Missouri Department of Transportation, Federal Housing Administration (FHA), and is an approved appraiser for many local banks including, but not limited to, The Bank of Missouri, Montgomery Bank, First Midwest Bank, First State Community Bank, First Community Bank, First Missouri State Bank, Alliance Bank, Banterra Bank, Southern Bank, and MRV Banks.
Michael became a real estate agent in February, 2021.

Missy Donati
About Missy (Laura)
Missy, also known as Laura, brings heart, dedication, and experience to property management and real estate. With three years in property management and a real estate license, she is passionate about caring for properties, protecting investments, and building strong, lasting relationships with owners and residents.
Her career has always centered on helping people. A background in in-home care shaped the patience, compassion, and people-first approach she brings to every interaction. She also developed strong organizational and problem-solving skills while working in administrative operations, preparing her for the fast-paced, detail-oriented nature of the industry.
Originally from Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Missy now serves the St. Louis area and is committed to continued growth while supporting the company she’s proud to be part of.
Family is everything to her — she’s part of a big, blended family with children, grandchildren, and one sweet dog. Outside of work, she enjoys country music, making people smile, and relaxing at the beach whenever she can.
Missy is grateful for the trust owners and residents place in her, and is dedicated to serving her community with care, integrity, and heart.

Stephany Sullinger
About Stephany
I joined SOTO Property Solutions in August 2023, beginning my journey as an Administrative Assistant. Over time, I found myself taking on more responsibilities within the Maintenance Department, which eventually led me to the role of Maintenance Coordinator. Throughout my time here, I’ve had the opportunity to work within several departments—including accounting, leasing, billing, and maintenance—which has allowed me to gain a full understanding of how a property management company operates.
I’ve had the privilege of showing homes to prospective tenants, coordinating repairs on behalf of property owners, communicating directly with homeowners, and supporting countless behind-the-scenes tasks. Through all of these experiences, I discovered that my passion truly lies in Real Estate and everything connected to it.
My goal at SOTO is to help our company continue to grow and thrive in the SEMO area. I bring both knowledge and heart to my work, and I’m committed to ensuring that your homes are well cared for, that great tenants find the right fit, and that our business continues to expand and succeed.
Outside of work, I’m a simple person at heart. You can usually find me reading a new book or spending time outdoors. I love cars, historical buildings and their stories, anything book-related, and volunteering when I can. Most importantly, I enjoy spending my free time with the people I love and making the most of all the good things life has to offer.
